Jessica (she/her) has been singing since she could talk, and performing songs since elementary school. She grew up in a musical family who sang together, and happily continues this tradition with her own family. She has enjoyed performing as a soloist, as well as with choral groups, in Minnesota, Utah, California, Michigan, Connecticut, New York, Washington D.C., and Massachusetts. She especially loves teaching music to children, and has conducted choirs of children, teens, and adults. Jessica currently teaches private vocal instruction from her home (Sing On Vocal), sings professionally with VOCE – New England’s Chamber Choir, an acclaimed group based in Hartford, CT, as well as with the PCA Choir, which she founded and formed with director Deulene Petrie in 2019. Highlights of her singing career include singing with VOCE on stage with Andrea Bocelli in Hartford (February 2024), and singing with VOCE under the direction of Eric Whitacre in Boston (July 2022).
Jessica served on the Board of Trustees for Pepperell Community Arts from 2018-2024, and also served in the organization during that time as a music and theater instructor for kids from grades PreK-12, as well as adults.
She is thrilled to begin this new adventure with the other strong women in RISE Arts Collaboration, as she loves being able to share her love of music and performing with those in her community, help them to feel loved, valued, and needed, and to develop confidence and "find their voice".
